At your first consultation, we can discuss your reasons for surgery and what you’d like to achieve. I don’t offer false promises, but I’ll be able to give you a realistic idea of what’s possible. If you decide you want to go ahead with surgery, we can then discuss the next steps.
You’ll also be able to see some before and after pictures of similar procedures I’ve carried out and I’ll explain in detail what to expect, any preparation or aftercare and follow-up involved, as well as the risks and outcomes of any surgery.
A safe pair of hands
Your health and safety are always paramount. With many years of experience, I use only proven techniques and procedures. As a result, my success rates are among the highest in the world.
I work with a small, carefully chosen team of specialist staff who understand the complex issues involved in having reconstructive or cosmetic surgery. There will always be someone on hand to answer your questions – from your first consultation, throughout your treatment, and during your post-operative care.
A second opinion
Not all results of cosmetic surgery are the same. If you’ve previously had surgery and are disappointed with the results but have been told there’s no more that can be done, I can offer a second opinion. In many cases I have been able to improve the results of a previous procedure, resulting in successful outcomes for the patient.
A bit more about me
I graduated from University College and the Middlesex Medical School in 1994, gained an FRCS in 1998 and undertook specialist plastic surgical training in London. I was awarded the Arris and Gale Lectureship and the College Medal by The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2003 for my research into wound healing.
In 2006 I spent a year as Fellow to the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, to focus on microsurgical reconstructive surgery. I subsequently completed my plastic surgery training at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Craniofacial Unit. I have recently been awarded the Master of Surgery (MS) degree by University College London.
